Can SolarTub handle the wind?
ABSOLUTELY
SolarTubs are independently capable of withstanding 100 mph winds (Exposure B or C), with even higher capabilities when arranged in a grid.
Should SolarTub be grounded?
NO.
Since SolarTub is 100% composite (glass, plastic and nylon), no grounding is required. Panels with aluminum frames or other power electronics should be grounded per their manufacturer’s recommendation.
Can I move or relocate the system after install?
YES.
One of the great advantages to Solartub is its mobility. The cost of relocating a system is much lower than typical ground or roof mounted installs. Simply drain the water, disconnect wiring, then relocate as needed.

How do I fill the tub and how long does it take?
JUST USE WATER
SolarTubs can be filled with any onsite water through the fill hole located on top of the tub. Using a typical garden hose, it takes 2-3 minutes to fill each tub.
